INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR WOOD DOORS
Oshkosh Door Company is a small company, but the doors we make are a big deal... join our team today! As an Inside Sales Representative , you will grow and maintain the Oshkosh Door Company customer base and pipeline by building valued, long term relationships to improve sales while gaining customer loyalty. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree, up to two years' experience in an inside sales role, effective communication and organization skills, decision making skills, and the ability to work with clients to solve problems. Previous wood products or construction industry experience is a plus. The salary varies based upon experience with a range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.What you will be doing:
Promote and sell Oshkosh Door Company products and programs with a high level of service Maintain constant and open communication with internal and external contacts Negotiate projects and pricing Generate estimates Initiate sample requests Provide technical guidance and coordination within the company Coordinate consultative services for customers What we'd like you to bring to the job: Bachelor's degree but a minimum education of high school completion with experience in wood doors MS Office suite proficiency Previous Salesforce or other CRM software experience and Docuware High level of accuracy and detail orientation Able to comprehend complex topics Active listening skills Business acumen Assertiveness Why you want to work here: When you walk through our front door, you immediately become a valuable part of our team—someone we care about.
