The Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the frontline voice of BSS. Turning prospects into loyal partners by uncovering new business opportunities and delivering value-driven pitches. This is a collaborative role perfect for a self-starter who thrives on crushing sales targets..
What You'll Do Generate Pipeline:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects to uncover new opportunities and close deals.Consultative Selling:
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through a deep understanding of their safety needs and our value propositions.Achieve Excellence:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and outcomes.Market Intelligence:
Track sales status reports, analyze market potential, and supply management with insights on customer needs and competitive activities.Collaborate:
Coordinate sales efforts with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Requirements Experience:
At least 2 years of proven inside sales experience and cold calling preferably in software, SaaS, or technology-based applications.Skills:
Strong phone presence with expert-level active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM practices (e.g., Zoho) and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Education:
High school diploma required; a BS/BA in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.Mindset:
A professional self-starter who enjoys the "thrill of the hunt" in cold calling.What We Offer Competitive Compensation:
