The Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the frontline voice of BSS. Turning prospects into loyal partners by uncovering new business opportunities and delivering value-driven pitches. What You'll Do Generate Pipeline:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects to uncover new opportunities and close deals.

Consultative Selling:

Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through a deep understanding of their safety needs and our value propositions.

Achieve Excellence:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and outcomes.

Market Intelligence:

Track sales status reports, analyze market potential, and supply management with insights on customer needs and competitive activities.

Collaborate:

Coordinate sales efforts with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements Experience:

At least 2 years of proven inside sales experience and cold calling preferably in software, SaaS, or technology-based applications.

Skills:

Strong phone presence with expert-level active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with CRM practices (e.g., Zoho) and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

High school diploma required; a BS/BA in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

Mindset:

A professional self-starter who enjoys the "thrill of the hunt" in cold calling.

Location & Schedule Hurst, TX:

This is an in-office position. Very limited remote flexibility may be available following the successful completion of the training period.

Hours:

Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional variations for tradeshows or business opportunities.

Travel:

Minimal travel is required, typically averaging four times per year.
