Inside Sales Representative - Wheels, Tires & Accessories BB Wheels, LLC | Albany, MN Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends BB Wheels, LLC is a family-owned, fast-growing online retailer specializing in aftermarket wheels, tires, and automotive accessories. We sell nationwide through multiple websites while still focusing on the kind of personal, small-town customer service that sets us apart. We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our office in Albany, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, closing sales, recommending the right products, and finding ways to increase each customer's value through smart add-on recommendations. This is not just an order-taking position. We are looking for someone who can build trust with customers, guide them through the buying process, confidently ask for the sale, and offer additional products such as accessories, wheel and tire packages, financing options, and extended warranty protection when appropriate. No automotive experience is required — we are willing to train the right person. Sales ability, motivation, communication skills, and follow-through are the most important qualities. Hourly pay plus commission Estimated annual earning potential: $50,000-$70,000 Health insurance — company pays 70% of the employee's monthly premium Dental insurance available Vision insurance available 401(k) with 5% company match after 90 days 15 days / 120 hours of PTO accrued during the first year 9 paid holidays Monday-Friday schedule Daytime hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM No nights No weekends Flexible, team-focused work environment Relaxed dress code Opportunities for growth within the company What You'll Do As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers by phone, email, and online chat to help them choose the right wheels, tires, and accessories for their vehicle. You will answer questions, provide recommendations, close sales, process orders, and follow up with leads and customers. A major part of this role is identifying opportunities to increase each sale by recommending valuable add-ons, upgrades, accessories, financing options, and extended warranty protection.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound sales calls, online chats, and customer emails Build trust with customers and guide them through the buying process Confidently ask for the sale and work to close customer orders Recommend wheel, tire, and accessory options based on customer needs Upsell related products, upgrades, add-ons, and extended warranty protection when appropriate Present financing options to help customers complete their purchase Create and process manual sales orders accurately Follow up with customers, quotes, abandoned carts, and open leads Make outbound calls to develop new business and build relationships with existing customers Serve as a primary contact for customer fitment questions Manage multiple conversations, tasks, and orders at the same time Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse needs when necessary Help with other office, sales, or operational tasks as part of a small business team What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is motivated, competitive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. We want someone who can communicate clearly, stay focused while juggling multiple tasks, and take ownership of follow-up and sales results. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required. We can train product knowledge. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to sell.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable selling, asking for the sale, and overcoming customer hesitation Motivated by sales goals, commission opportunities, and personal performance Ability to identify upsell opportunities and recommend additional products Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage calls, chats, emails, quotes, and orders Basic computer skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Strong follow-up skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team player who can also work independently
Helpful, But Not Required:
Previous sales, inside sales, retail sales, or customer service experience Automotive, wheel, tire, or aftermarket accessory knowledge Experience selling extended warranties, protection plans, financing, or add-on products Experience with e-commerce, online sales, or order entry systems Bilingual in Spanish and English About the Role BB Wheels is a small business, which means every team member plays an important role.
