We help companies stay compliant, productive, and protected through strong partnerships and reliable solutions.
The RoleThis inside sales role is designed for someone who is motivated to grow business while maintaining and strengthening long-term customer relationships. You will manage a mix of existing accounts and new opportunities, supporting customers while identifying ways to expand business within those relationships.
This position includes the opportunity to work with a stable, long-term customer base with established relationships while continuing to grow and expand business opportunities throughout the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of existing and new customer accountsSupport and strengthen relationships with long-standing customersDrive repeat and incremental business through proactive outreachPrepare and deliver accurate quotes in a timely mannerProcess orders efficiently and ensure follow-through to completionMaintain Zoho CRM activity, customer records, and opportunity trackingIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities where appropriateStay current on safety products: Hi Vis Apparel, FR Clothing, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), standards, certifications, and compliance requirementsCoordinate with purchasing, warehouses, and shipping logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillmentResolve customer issues quickly while maintaining strong relationshipsWhat Were Looking ForMotivated with a strong sense of accountabilityRelationship-focused with a customer-first mindsetStrong communication and follow-up skillsOrganized and able to manage multiple accounts effectivelyComfortable with outbound communication and business developmentExperience in inside sales, customer service, or account management preferredBeing comfortable on camera for product demos and marketing-related contentCompensation StructureDesigned to reward consistency, growth, and customer retention:
