Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and strengthening existing client relationships through proactive outreach and exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for technology sales, combined with your strong communication skills, will help us deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. Job Purpose This role has two primary focuses: (80%) Partner with two field based Solution Consultants to drive sales and customer success. This role will focus on smaller transactional sales up to $100,000. (20%) Deliver responsive, accurate, and friendly support across eCommerce operations, internal sales, BidDesk/RFP tasks, house‑account sales, and sales enablement. Act as a systems power‑user who keeps quotes, orders, data, and communications flowing so Solutions Consultants (Sales) can win and retain business. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Partner with field based Solutions Consultants to work with customers in the assigned two field territories to maximize opportunities for CTL. Process and troubleshoot field sales and web orders in Shopify and NetSuite; validate pricing, tax, and inventory; maintain 99.9% order accuracy. Ensure new customers Business Applications are completed for all customers in assigned territories. Run and present basic reports on order activity, sales performance, and inventory status. Serve as a primary contact for order status, inventory, shipping, and account issues via chat, phone, and email. Troubleshoot order issues; coordinate RMAs per SOP; assist with onboarding/training on CTL's portals. Source and vet RFP opportunities in GovSpend and other tools; use AI‑assisted screening to score/prioritize. Enter RFP data into HubSpot workflows; maintain documents in HubSpot and Google Drive; prepare proposal materials and submit when assigned. Track RFP activity and maintain contract vehicle documentation, reporting, and price lists. Manage

house accounts not assigned to a rep; drive repeat orders through online channels. Create draft eCommerce orders, quotes, and ERP entries; provide order status updates to Sales. Assist with deal registration, customer meetings, demo requests, Buy & Try carts, and discounts; vet and assign web leads in HubSpot. Coordinate with Solutions Consultants for pre‑sale requirements and post‑sale handoffs. Maintain accurate records in NetSuite, HubSpot, PRM, and Shopify; follow SOPs and propose improvements; use automation/AI to reduce handle time. Meet or exceed targets for chat SLA (< 40 seconds), order accuracy (99.9%), case resolution time, and NPS contribution. Qualifications 2+ years in customer success, order management, eCommerce operations, or sales support. Hands‑on knowledge of Shopify (admin/product/apps) and ERP (NetSuite preferred; Sage transferable); familiarity with HubSpot CRM. Technical troubleshooting skills for eCommerce platforms and web applications. Organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through; clear, professional communication. Able to work in person 4 days a week in person from CTL HQ in Beaverton, OR, 1 day remote.
