Inside Sales Specialist Talento Search Group - 4.5 Fort Worth, TX Job Details Full-time $47,000 - $60,000 a year 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Talento Search Group has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative position in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a direct hire position and the salary range is about $47,000-60,000 per year, depending on experience. This position has the opportunity to be a Hybrid role. This position will provide the technical expertise for the products based on customer application and specification.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Take calls from sales reps, engineers, and customers concerning application of product and troubleshooting Provide technical support to customers Edit and enter customer orders, process changes to orders, and respond to requests Monitor customer orders to ensure on-time shipment Issue authorization for warranty items Look into billing errors and order errors, and rectify issues Education & Experience At least 3 years of estimating or applications experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred Experience in manufacturing environment and customer interaction Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication skills
