We focus on off-market acquisitions, creative finance, and fast-flip opportunities, partnering with agents, brokers, and investors to create solutions and close deals efficiently. As a rapidly growing company, we are building a high-performance sales team to drive deal flow and we're looking for a motivated SDR to join us. Position Overview We're hiring a Junior Lending Sales Representative to drive outreach to real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and referral partners to generate consumer loan opportunities. This is a high-activity, phone-based role focused on:
  • Building relationships with agents and brokers
  • Identifying borrower opportunities
  • Setting appointments for the lending team You are not closing loans you are creating deal flow for the lending division.
Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting (Primary Focus) Make 100-150 calls per day to real estate agents and brokers Introduce RE solve's lending solutions and value proposition Build relationships with new and existing referral partners Opportunity Identification & Appointment Setting Identify potential borrower opportunities through conversations Ask key questions to uncover: Active buyers needing financing Deals at risk due to financing issues Schedule calls between referral partners/borrowers and the lending team Ensure smooth handoff with clear notes and context Follow-Up & Relationship Management Maintain consistent follow-up with agents and brokers Stay top-of-mind as a financing resource Re-engage past contacts and inactive partners CRM & Pipeline Management Track all activity in CRM (calls, notes, follow-ups) Maintain clean pipeline and next steps Report weekly on calls, appointments, and opportunities generated Performance Expectations 100-150 calls per day 20-30 conversations per day 8-12 qualified appointments per week Qualifications Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling Ability to build rapport quickly with agents and professionals Organized and consistent with follow-up Coachable and motivated to improve Sales, call center, or real estate/lending experience are a plus—but not required.
