Job Description

RE solve is an award-winning real estate investment firm specializing in Southern California. Highlighting our performance, expertise, and execution in the market. We focus on off-market acquisitions, creative finance, and fast-flip opportunities, partnering with agents, brokers, and investors to create solutions and close deals efficiently. As a rapidly growing company, we are building a high-performance sales team to drive deal flow and we're looking for a motivated SDR to join us. Position Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in generating opportunities by engaging with real estate agents and investors, identifying potential deals, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team. This is a high-activity, phone-based role where your success is measured by: Conversations started Opportunities identified Appointments set This position is hybrid, with most work done remotely, along with occasional opportunities to visit properties or meet with the team in San Diego. Conduct 100-150 outbound calls per day to agents and investor leads Engage in consultative conversations to understand: Deal opportunities Seller situations Educate prospects on RE solve's value and approach Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the acquisitions team Maintain accurate and detailed records in HubSpot CRM Consistently follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and email Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointments set and held Collaborate with leadership on scripts, messaging, and process improvements Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily Persistent, coachable, and results-driven Organized with strong follow-up habits Experience in sales, customer service, or call-based roles is a plus (not required) Familiarity with real estate is a bonus, but not required What We're Looking For Someone who is hungry, competitive, and consistent Someone who can handle rejection and stay motivated Someone who wants to build real sales skills and grow What You'll Gain Hands-on sales training and mentorship Exposure to real estate investing and deal flow Clear path into acquisitions or higher-level sales roles Opportunity to increase earnings based on performance Why Join RE solve You'll be part of an award-winning, fast-growing team where your performance directly impacts revenue.
