As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our market presence.
Position Summary:
The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client relationships, increasing market share, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cannabis sales, a strong understanding of industry tools like LeafLink and HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms), and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with dispensaries and other cannabis retailers Collect and manage accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments
- Use LeafLink, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems to track sales progress, manage customer data, and follow up on leads Identify opportunities for market growth and work to expand products' presence in key territories
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or issues Collaborate with the senior sales team to share insights and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management
Qualifications:
Experience with LeafLink, HubSpot, or similar CRM systemsFamiliar and able to utilize G-Suite, including sheets, docs, maps etc Knowledge of the cannabis industry and sales process Experience and education with vape sales is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in cannabis sales or related field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or related field preferred
