This position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is motivated by helping grow the company. This role combines customer service, sales support, estimating, and account management responsibilities. Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and text. Meet with prospective clients and gather project information. Prepare and present estimates for landscape maintenance and enhancement projects. Follow up on estimates and proposals to improve closing rates. Maintain accurate records of leads, estimates, sold work, and project status. Track all sales opportunities through our sales pipeline. Contact existing clients regarding additional services and enhancement opportunities. Schedule appointments and site visits as needed. Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth project handoff after sale. Assist with customer concerns and maintain positive client relationships. Generate reports on sales activity, estimate volume, and conversion rates. Help identify opportunities to improve customer retention and increase recurring revenue. Qualifications Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to learn landscape services, pricing, and estimating procedures. Preferred Previous experience in landscaping, construction, home services, or related industries. Sales, estimating, customer service, or account management experience. Experience using CRM software or job management systems. Basic understanding of landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, or outdoor services. Success in This Role A successful candidate will: Act as a steward of the company's reputation through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Maintain organized and accurate sales pipeline data to support informed business decisions. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and scalability. Gather and communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights to support company growth. Follow up consistently with prospective customers. Build strong relationships with existing clients. Help increase estimate conversion rates. Generate additional revenue through repeat business and upselling opportunities. Ensure no leads or opportunities are overlooked. Actively prospect and develop relationships with new clients, property managers, HOA's, commercial property owners, builders, and other decision-makers to generate new business opportunities. Compensation Competitive salary-based on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Company vehicle Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed. Some local travel will be required for client meetings and site visits.
