We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Sales Specialist to make a significant impact on the business. We are offering a competitive starting pay with an overall total compensation of $100,000 annually or more (base+commission). This role comes with a base annual salary of $55,000 plus the opportunity for uncapped commission. We also offer paid time off, health benefits, profit sharing, Simple IRA with a company match, a company vehicle and paid holidays. This role has the flexibility to start and end the workday from a home office and will primarily involve fieldwork, with weekly meetings held in the office make this role an easy commute from Frederick, Westminster, Libertytown, and other surrounding areas. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales position within a landscaping company, nursery, or similar green industry organization Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance estimating processes and a demonstrated knowledge of plants Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Tech savvy with the ability to use computers and software including a robust CRM tool is a must tool and LMN experience is preferred.
