Lead Generation Specialist

Sales Representative - Lead Generation (Asphalt & Sealcoating | Commission-Based) We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team and help grow our asphalt and sealcoating business. This is a primarily commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. If you're willing to put in the effort, there is strong opportunity to earn well and grow financially.

What You'll Do:

Generate new leads through door-to-door prospecting in residential and commercial areas Identify driveways, parking lots, and properties in need of sealcoating, crack filling, and asphalt services Speak directly with homeowners and business owners to explain our services Turn leads into sales and help schedule jobs Track leads, customers, and follow-ups in our CRM system Continuously improve your approach and knowledge of the industry

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing and confident — comfortable talking to homeowners and business owners Strong work ethic and willingness to be out in the field A self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision Motivated by earning potential and growth Willing to go door-to-door and generate your own opportunities Ability to learn our CRM and sales process quickly

Compensation:
