$10 per Qualified Lead Spaceship Housing - Holistic Co-Living Management We're looking for someone who can find high-quality leads in real estate — landlords, property owners, and multi-bedroom homes. This is a simple, flexible role with consistent earning potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Find and collect: Landlord contact info Realtors and investors 4+ bedroom properties Build simple lead lists (name, phone, email, property) Identify strong opportunities for co-living

Zillow, Redfin Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace Google searches Public records
WHAT MAKES A GOOD LEAD
Property owner or decision maker Valid contact info Property fits shared housing model (4+ bedrooms preferred)
