Commissioned Lead Generation and Mentoring Position. Lead Generation Generation of sales qualified leads Ongoing resource for account managers Scout for staff and skills Field Work Working hands on at events Providing feedback and advocacy to account managers Staff development during events Project Management Planning and executing client special events Seasonal office work- as needed
Support & Resources:
Weekly optional Virtual Kiki invite with CEE corporate team Ranger Support/Q&A Slack Channel All operational functions administered by full-time CEE staff while Rangers have visibility Free event planning and lead tracking software CEE branded email Networking budget Local staff events/reward budget
Experience:
. Experience in event, hospitality, and service industries. Values aligned with CEE High interpersonal and communication skills, handling sensitive situations with diplomacy An ability to both support and hold others accountable.
Compensation:
Client Leads:
Percent rate for the first event only.
Launch:
1% on the first six month revenue
Ongoing:
100% field work bonus up to 1% of revenue Project management hourly billed to client Field work hourly per shift Office/Seasonal admin hourly per assignment/season
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
