LEAD RECOVERY SPECIALIST / APPOINTMENT SETTER
Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Hourly + Performance Incentives We are a well-established home improvement and design company with over 40 years in business seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Recovery Specialist to help reconnect with past prospects and generate qualified appointments. This is not a customer service position. We are looking for someone who is naturally strong on the phone and enjoys helping restart conversations with people who have previously expressed interest in improving their homes.
The ideal candidate is:
Comfortable making outbound calls Friendly, confident, and professional Organized and dependable Persistent without being pushy Skilled at building rapport quickly Able to handle objections and keep conversations moving Excellent listener who can identify customer needs and concerns Self-motivated and results-oriented Comfortable following up with leads multiple times using different approaches
Primary Responsibilities:
Contacting previous inquiries and unsold opportunities Re-engaging prospects who have gone cold Following up with leads that have stopped responding Rebooking canceled or missed appointments Conducting customer touch-base and satisfaction calls Sending follow-up emails when appropriate Updating notes and outcomes in our CRM system Helping generate qualified appointments for our design consultants
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills Professional phone presence Appointment setting, sales, customer service, lead follow-up, or inside sales experience preferred Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM software Reliable and consistent follow-through Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills Strong Pay, Real Earning Power Base pay of $18/hour plus weekly bonuses for every qualified lead—with no cap. Top performers regularly make $1,000+ per week, even part-time, with realistic earnings of $25-$35+ per hour. Flexible scheduling options available, including days, evenings, and weekends, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. You'll receive paid training and ongoing coaching, with opportunities to grow into sales or leadership roles—or keep it as a high-paying side hustle.
