$15.00 per hour +
Performance Bonuses Schedule:
Monday - Friday, approximately 4 hours per day (Some evening availability required)

In this role, you will be on the front lines of our business, reaching out to potential clients, generating interest, and helping us grow. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling:
Proactively make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to generate interest in our offerings.
Engagement:
Confidently communicate our value proposition, answer preliminary questions, and build rapport quickly.
Objection Handling:
Navigate conversations smoothly and handle objections or rejections with a positive, resilient attitude.
Daily Tracking & Reporting:
Accurately log call metrics, update prospect statuses, track daily work completed, and report directly to the General Manager.
Follow-ups:
Ensure timely and professional follow-ups with potential leads to keep the pipeline active.
You are not afraid to speak to people and do not experience phone or social anxiety. You genuinely enjoy striking up conversations.
Availability:
Must be able to work around 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required, as some evening shifts will be necessary.
Accountability:
Highly organized with the ability to meticulously track daily progress and results. Drive to

Experience:
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting is highly preferred — but we are willing to train the right personality!
Tech-Savvy:
Basic computer proficiency for logging calls and generating daily reports.
