Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing account management, upselling additional policies, and providing exceptional customer service. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client information, follow up on inquiries, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate policy terms with clients to meet their needs while aligning with company guidelines, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional activities to enhance lead generation efforts and increase brand awareness within your territory. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on managing customer relationships and closing deals. Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and presentation of product demos that highlight the benefits of life insurance policies. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead management and sales tracking. Excellent communication skills with the ability to cold call prospects, conduct inside sales meetings, and deliver compelling product pitches. Demonstrated success in territory management, business development, or retail sales environments. Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively in a fast-paced setting.
