This is a performance-based, commission-style role where you generate your own leads through cold outreach and local networking. Top performers can generate $1,000+ per week with consistent booked appointments. AutoCare Anywhere is a premium mobile auto detailing company based in Plano, TX serving Plano, Frisco, Allen, and North Dallas. This is contract work. Not employment. We are looking for a highly motivated local client acquisition specialist who can independently generate leads, follow up with prospects, and help convert inquiries into booked premium detailing appointments. This is not an hourly or salary-based position. This is ideal for someone with experience in outside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, local networking, or customer acquisition.

Primary responsibilities include:

Generate your own leads through cold calling, outreach, and networking Prospect local businesses and residential clients in Plano, Frisco, Allen, and North Dallas Build relationships with apartments, real estate agents, body shops, tint shops, and other referral partners Follow up with prospects and convert them into booked appointments Drive consistent booked business through self-generated efforts

Compensation:

Paid per completed booked service (not hourly) No base pay, no salary, no hourly wage Paid after customer payment is received and service is completed Current fixed payouts per completed booked service:

$220 High performers have uncapped earning potential based on completed booked appointments.

Requirements:

Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable working independently Self-motivated and results-driven Familiar with Plano / Frisco / North Dallas market preferred Must use personal phone for communication and follow-up Previous sales, lead generation, or appointment setting experience strongly preferred This is a 1099 contractor opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in performance-based compensation and local relationship building.
