Marketing and Business Development Intern -
Keepro Location:
Hybrid (Must be based in Miami, FL)
Schedule:
Part-Time, 10-15 hours weekly, flexible (Monday-Friday)
Compensation:
Initially commission and then $20/hr + 20% Commission or a 5% residual on all career development services and recruitment sales after first new B2B sale.

Keepro is a talent consulting and recruiting firm helping businesses connect with high-impact candidates across skilled trades, sales, marketing, logistics, financial services, and more. We're expanding into Miami and building a small intern cohort to support that growth. If you want real marketing and sales experience - not coffee runs - this is it.
Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated, business-focused college students to help grow Keepro's presence in the Miami market. In this role, you'll learn how B2B sales actually works by doing it - prospecting, outreach, conversations with business owners, and contributing to a real pipeline. You'll be supported by Keepro's founder and have direct visibility into how a growing company builds a market from scratch. This is not a passive internship. You'll be expected to show up, make contacts, and learn fast.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential employer and career coaching clients across Miami using and other platforms. Conduct outbound outreach via , email, and social media - we'll train you on the messaging approach. Log activity and contacts in our CRM system (training provided). Support scheduling of discovery calls and meetings between prospects and Keepro leadership. Attend at least one in-person networking event per week in the Miami area alongside your supervisor or independently. Attend networking events with the Founder from time to time as schedules align. Shadow client conversations and proposal delivery to learn the full sales cycle firsthand. Participate in weekly virtual check-in and strategy meetings with Kejal Shah, Founder of Keepro.
Compensation & Benefits:
$20 hourly wage (after first qualified B2B meeting scheduled) with flexible scheduling Monday-Friday. 10% commission on closed deals you sourced - no cap. Performance-based bonuses available for achieving milestones.
Hybrid role:
Work remotely with in-person networking and check-in meetings in the local market. Free access to Keepro's Career Portal for your own job search and profile development. Direct mentorship from Keepro's founder with a genuine path to a part-time or full-time role for strong performers.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred - but not required). Comfortable talking to people you don't know, whether in person or online. Some prior exposure to sales, customer service, or outreach in any context - a campus job, club leadership role, or side hustle counts. Basic familiarity with as a professional tool. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own activity and outreach independently. Must reside in or be able to commute to Miami for in-person networking events. No prior CRM or B2B sales experience required. We expect you to be earlier in your career - that's the point!
