Experience with Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles or competitors is a strong plus. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outside sales , enjoys building relationships face-to-face, and is proactive about finding new opportunities to grow the brand . The right candidate is a self-starter who thinks creatively, takes ownership, and is energized by results. This person will take lead growing sales with large business clients and celebrities alike. You'll excel if you: Are comfortable working directly with business owners and company executives Enjoy being visible in the community and representing the brand Can balance sales execution with marketing and brand-building initiatives Bring "outside-the-box" thinking and strong problem-solving skills Value teamwork, culture, and long-term relationships Dealership culture is a cornerstone of our success — we're looking for a team player who contributes positively both internally and externally. The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Manufacturer Certification. Spanish-speaking is a plus. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Manage and grow small to mid-size commercial fleet accounts Actively pursue outside sales opportunities to expand the client base Work independently to prospect, qualify, and close new business Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers Assist clients with vehicle specifications, configurations, and aftermarket upfitting Maintain working knowledge of commercial up-fit solutions and industry trends Marketing, Brand & Community Engagement Serve as the primary point person for creating and coordinating marketing and advertising materials related to commercial vehicle sales Proactively identify, recommend, and participate in events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community opportunities that enhance brand visibility and generate leads Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives that support sales goals Represent the dealership professionally at external events and client engagements Operational Coordination Acquire new and used inventory aligned with customer and market needs Coordinate with up-fitters and oversee delivery logistics Maintain accurate records, follow-up activities, and client communications Schedule Monday-Friday (flexible) with one Saturday per month required
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
