Ward Construction LLC is a rapidly growing company specializing in high-quality metal buildings, fencing, and concrete services. We serve both commercial and residential clients and pride ourselves on professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Salesman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands construction services, and excels at building customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sell metal building, fencing, and concrete services Generate and follow up on leads Meet with customers for estimates and project reviews Prepare quotes and proposals Maintain strong product and service knowledge Achieve monthly sales goals Represent the company professionally with all clients
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred (construction sales a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to read basic construction plans (preferred but not required) Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
