Position Overview We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in metal building sales to drive revenue and expand our market presence. This position offers a highly competitive commission structure and covers all professional travel expenses to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed in the field.
Compensation & Benefits Commission:
Earn 6% of the total building contract amount.
Travel:
All work-related travel expenses are fully paid by the company.
Base Salary:
While primarily a commission-based role, a base salary is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process based on your level of experience and existing customer base. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the metal building sector. Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract closing. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and contractors. Travel as necessary to meet with prospective clients and conduct site visits. Qualifications Prior experience in metal building sales is highly recommended. A pre-existing customer base or industry network is a significant advantage.
