Job Description
About the Role We're a growing, established moving company serving Eastern North Carolina and Delaware, and we're looking for a motivated Moving Consultant to handle inbound leads and help customers plan smooth, stress-free moves. This position is primarily office-based, which allows for better collaboration, and consistency. However, part-time remote work may be available. No cold calling—this role focuses on inbound leads and follow-ups. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries Qualify customer needs and provide accurate moving estimates Schedule moves and communicate details clearly with operations Follow up on open quotes to close bookings Maintain organized customer notes and job details Provide a professional, high-quality customer experience Requirements
- Sales or customer service experience (moving industry experience is a must
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers, Smart Moving software
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Local to Eastern NC or Delaware preferred
