Moving Inside Sales Consultant (Inbound Leads)

Convert Inbound Leads into Booked Jobs. Base + Commission + Bonuses. $55K to $85K OTE. Neon Giant is hiring a Move Consultant to convert inbound leads into booked jobs. This is primarily a phone-based role. About 80 to 90% of estimates happen over the phone. Your job is to ask the right questions, accurately scope the move, build trust, and close. Our marketing generates the leads. You convert them into booked revenue while protecting accuracy and margin. What You'll Do Handle inbound calls and web leads Provide phone-based moving estimates Occasionally perform in-home estimates Enter clean details into our CRM (SmartMoving) Follow up and close jobs professionally Ensure accurate job scope so crews succeed What We're Looking For Very comfortable on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Fast with computers and CRM systems Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and able to work AI into your daily workflow Hungry, ambitious, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company Teachable and disciplined with process Competitive and motivated to close Some weekend availability (Saturdays can be worked from home) Home service or inside sales experience is a plus Able to pass a background check, no felonies Compensation Base salary plus commission plus performance bonuses.
