We're growing fast and looking for a motivated sales professional to join us and help fuel that growth. The Role As a Moving Sales Consultant, you'll be the first voice our customers hear. Your job is to turn inbound leads into booked moves by building trust quickly, asking the right questions, and presenting our services with confidence and honesty. This is a high-volume role with real earning potential for someone who takes ownership of their results. Duties Engage with prospective clients through warm calling, personalized outreach to generate new business opportunities and respond to online quote requests promptly Conduct detailed over the phone, virtual or in-home estimates to understand client needs and present customized moving solutions Build relationships with realtors, property managers, and referral partners Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation Maintain accurate records in our CRM (SmartMoving) Hit monthly booking targets and revenue goals Provide clear communication throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and post-sale support Represent Movers & Co. with professionalism and warmth on every call Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically 1 to 3 years of sales or customer service experience (moving industry knowledge is a plus) Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or technical sales environments Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Smartmoving for account management and analysis Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Experience in marketing strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate team members and influence stakeholders Skilled in warm calling techniques that build rapport quickly and effectively Strong analysis skills for evaluating sales performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly What We Offer Guaranteed base salary during training, then uncapped commission Performance bonuses Hybrid schedule (remote + in-office, Lancaster PA) Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Room to grow as the company scales Supportive, tight-knit team environment Be part of a company that genuinely gives back (ask us about Move It Forward) Join us as a Moving Sales Consultant where your proactive approach and passion for sales will make a real impact.
