Under general supervision, the National Accounts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the National Account Sales Managers with activities that assist to communicate and respond to customer's needs in a timely manner. The incumbent will generate various reports with analysis, to promote higher levels of account management and efficiencies by the field sales management team and manages lower tiered chain accounts. This role requires Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance with 1+ years of experience in a related field. Referral program, employee discount programs, and propane savings Responsibilities Executes projects as requested by manager of sales support and/or national account sales managers. Works with National Account sales team on account specific sites/portals to ensure compliance with required forms, pricing, etc. Installation process: monitors grand opening dates and ensures operations teams are on track for installs. Works with operations team to ensure ongoing installs are occurring without issues. Acts as the primary liaison internally between identified customers, operations team, and the sales team and works to "close the loop" with customer needs. Examples are permitting, service, or cage/signage issues. Creates analysis that supports the effective execution of the national account's goals and objectives along with the annual business planning and process. Assists in the development of account specific customer marketing programs. SBT program involvement to work with internal departments and customer for accurate reporting Completes other tasks/projects as assigned by manager. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance. 1+ years of related experience. Residing in Winston-Salem, NC area or East Coast, preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Results oriented and demonstrated high level of project management skills. Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must have demonstrated creative problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze information and data. Must be detail oriented.
