Calyx London™ | Nexstgen® Full-Time | Hybrid | Travel approximately 30-50% throughout assigned territories including but not limited to Florida, Texas, Southern California, New Jersey, as well as trade events throughout the United States. $100,000+ OTE ($60,000 base + commission + bonus) About the Role Calyx London™ and Nexstgen® are looking for one of our first dedicated Sales Representative to build and grow our professional nail care distribution channel. This is a unique opportunity to get in early, own a territory, and play a meaningful role in shaping how two premium brands establish their presence across the US market. Calyx London is a premium gel nail polish brand positioned alongside CND, OPI, and others. Nexstgen® rounds out our professional line card with products built for working nail technicians and salon professionals. Together, they give you a compelling story to bring to distributors. What You Will Do
  • Prospect, develop, and manage a portfolio of nail supply distributors within your assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, showroom managers, and distribution partners through regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-up.
  • Present and demonstrate the Calyx London and Nexstgen® product lines in a way that connects to each distributor's customer base and sales goals.
  • Negotiate and close distribution agreements and coordinate new account onboarding with the operations team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM after every customer interaction. This is a core expectation of the role, not optional.
  • Manage your pipeline in alignment with the Calyx London Sales Comp Tracker and report weekly to the General Manager.
  • Represent the brands at trade shows and industry events as required.
  • Travel approximately 50% of your time within your territory. A portion of in-office time is required. What We Are Looking For
  • 3 or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in nail care, beauty, or professional salon supply. Experience in the cosmetic nail and beauty industry is a significant plus.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to selling.
  • Disciplined CRM habits. You log activity consistently, not at the end of the week.
  • Comfortable with regular travel and able to manage your schedule independently.
  • Clear, professional communication, both in person and in writing.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
This is one of our first sales hire and you will have real ownership over results. Compensation and Structure This is a full-time hybrid position with a competitive base salary plus commission. Earning potential is tied to territory performance and structured according to the Calyx London Sales Comp Tracker, which outlines clear scenarios and targets. Details are provided during the interview process. $100,000+ OTE ($60,000 base + commission + bonus) Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the General Manager.
