We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Sales Associate & Lead Management Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key player in our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in technology sales, negotiation, and customer service to deliver exceptional results across both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) channels. Duties Engage with potential clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to identify new sales opportunities and nurture existing leads. Conduct business development activities by reaching out to B2B and B2C prospects via phone, email, and digital channels to generate qualified leads. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our technology products and services, tailoring pitches to meet client needs during technical or consultative sales conversations. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients while maintaining a focus on building long-term relationships. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update lead statuses, and analyze sales pipeline metrics for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English. Familiarity with CRM software used for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. Experience in telemarketing, outbound calling, or warm calling within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex products clearly to diverse audiences. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to business development opportunities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented setting. Hybrid Flexibility:
Work from home with scheduled in-store days in Paris, TX.
Compensation:
Competitive Base Pay plus Commission on every sale—no caps on your earning potential
Pay:
$1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
