We're seeking a dynamic Outgoing Event Promoter / Lead Generator to join our team on a part-time basis for weekend gigs (weekdays on occasion)! What You'll Do:

Event Setup & Breakdown:

Take ownership of your space by carrying & assembling our simple event displays and promotional materials at the location you are scheduled to work.

Engage & Connect:

Proactively approach and spark conversations with event attendees - no wallflowers allowed!

Generate Leads:

Capture interest and gather contact information from potential customers looking for home upgrades.

Schedule Appointments:

Lock in dates and times for our specialists to provide free, no-obligation estimates. Be the

Deliver a positive, high-energy, and professional representation of our company at all times.

What We Are Looking For:

Extroverted Personalities:

You must be incredibly outgoing, loud-spoken, and confident. If you are shy or hesitant to approach strangers, this is not the role for you!

Communication Pros:

Stellar interpersonal and presentation skills are an absolute must. You MUST have your own smart cellphone so we can communicate while you are working the events.

Reliability & Mobility:

You MUST have your own vehicle , as you will need to have your setup material with you and event locations will change from week to week.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, confidently put together event displays, and be comfortable standing and remaining active for 4 to 8 hours per shift.

Schedule:

Part-time, gig-based scheduling. Heavy focus on weekends , with occasional weekday shifts available depending on the event calendar and your availability. Why Join Us?
