Our sister company, Luminex Electric Works, serves as the electrical division supporting that vision. About The Role This is a revenue-generation and business development role built around both inside and outside sales. You will play a direct role in growing DwellOne and Luminex by developing referral partnerships, converting inbound opportunities, managing pipeline activity and expanding DwellOne's presence and foot print in the residential services market. What You'll Do You will spend most of your time prospecting, developing referral relationships in, managing inbound opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Components of the role:
- Prospect and develop relationships with contractors, real estate professionals, property managers, home inspectors, and referral partners
- Build long-term referral relationships that generate recurring revenue opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and partners
- Respond rapidly to inbound homeowner inquiries and convert opportunities into booked appointments
- Manage follow-up communication through phone, text, email, and CRM workflows
- Maintain strong responsiveness and customer experience throughout the sales process Pipeline, Metrics & Territory Management
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track outreach, conversion, and revenue metrics
- Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to manage account activity and forecast performance
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the DwellOne footprint within your territory
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and appointment-generation targets Brand Visibility & Customer Engagement
- Support local brand growth through social media, online engagement, and community outreach
- Post project updates, promotions, and company events across social and community platforms
- Respond professionally to customer reviews and online engagement What Success Looks Like
- Consistently booking and converting qualified appointments
- Building a network of referral partners that generates recurring business
- Driving measurable territory and revenue growth
- Maintaining strong responsiveness and follow-through What We're Looking For
- Experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day prospecting and following up with leads
- Persistent without being aggressive — able to build rapport quickly and navigate gatekeepers effectively
- Highly self-directed, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct experience in outbound sales, inside sales, prospecting, appointment setting, or business development
- 2+ years of experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, LEAP, ServiceTitan, Zoho, or similar platforms
- Experience tracking KPIs, pipeline activity, and sales performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of inside sales, SDR, BDR, or business development experience
- Experience exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment
- Experience within a startup, fast-growth company, or home services industry

- Monthly performance bonuses based on total jobs generated and booked appointments
