  • $85K About the role Right Hand Rhino is a fast-growing commercial storefront window-cleaning company serving local businesses.
We sell recurring B2B services to restaurants, retail stores, strip centers, and small commercial properties. This is a field-based, in-person sales role. You will spend your days in the community, meeting business owners face to face, building relationships, and closing recurring service agreements. What you will do Prospect local businesses in person within a defined territory Speak directly with owners and decision-makers Sell recurring commercial window-cleaning services Build and manage your own book of business Track leads, quotes, and wins using simple mobile tools Follow a proven sales process with training and coaching provided This role involves daily in-person outreach, including walking into businesses and speaking directly with owners. Compensation This is not a "maybe someday" commission job. This is a get paid quickly and build real income fast role. $600 weekly draw (consistent income while you ramp) 8% commission on recurring revenue Uncapped earnings (no ceilings, no limits) Performance bonuses and incentives What you can realistically expect Weeks 1-2: $600
  • 900 First 30 days: $800
  • 1,200/week First 90 days: $1,000
  • 1,500+/week Typical year one: $65K
  • 85K Top performers: $85K
