• Modern Connections | Long Beach, CA | Full-Time or Part-Time About the Role Modern Connections is a Long Beach-based authorized retailer for some of the biggest names in telecom — Spectrum, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon & Frontier.

We're not a call center. We're a community-rooted team that goes door to door, meets people where they are, and helps them get better service at a better price. We're growing and looking for field sales reps who already know how to knock, talk, and close. If you've done D2D before — telecom, solar, alarms, pest control, anything — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

• Knock doors in targeted residential areas across LA County
• Present internet, mobile, and TV packages from multiple top carriers
• Match customers with the best plan for their needs and budget
• Submit orders and follow up to ensure smooth installation
• Represent the Modern Connections brand with professionalism
• Compensation This is a performance-based role. Your income is tied to your output.
• Estimated monthly earnings: $1,500
• $5,000
• Top reps consistently earn $5,000
• 8,000 but sky's the limit !
• Paid training period while you get up to speed
• Bi•Weekly pay•Bonuses for hitting volume targets We don't cap your earnings.

If you work, you earn. What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience (D2D, field sales, or retail preferred)
• Comfortable approaching and talking to strangers — this is the job
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communicator, self-motivated, coachable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus — Long Beach & LA market (OC Market coming)
