Provide expert design advice and recommend custom window covering solutions. Accurately measure windows and place orders. Manage your pipeline with timely follow-ups on all opportunities. Build and nurture community connections (realtors, designers, builders) to expand your book of business. Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat and referral sales. Travel throughout the Greater Sacramento area within a 90-mile radius using your company-provided vehicle . What You Bring 2+ years of sales experience in home improvement, design, or a related field preferred. Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by growth. Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset. Tech-savvy and organized (CRM experience strongly preferred). Ability to measure accurately, lift 20 lbs, and work with ladders as needed.
