The Role We're looking for hungry, relationship-driven Outside Sales Executives based in the Cincinnati, Louisville, or Lexington area to grow our advertiser base across these markets. You'll be the face of T6 and RSVP to local and regional businesses — armed with a portfolio of solutions that has a four-decade track record of driving qualified leads and measurable revenue. You understand how to build a compelling case for ROI, navigate an advertiser's budget cycle, and position a media buy against the competition. What You'll Do Hit the ground running with our pre-built prospect database — a deep roster of qualified home improvement businesses and local advertisers across your market ready to be engaged. Own your territory in Cincinnati, Louisville, or Lexington — build relationships, establish T6 and RSVP as the go-to advertising solution, and become the name local businesses call when they're ready to grow. Build and execute a territory development plan with a particular focus on our strongest sector: home improvement — roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, remodeling, and related trades. Leverage your media sales instincts to connect with business owners and marketing decision-makers, presenting T6's integrated suite: RSVP luxury card packs, direct mail campaigns, digital advertising, SEO, and reputation management. Lead thorough needs assessments to understand each client's growth goals, then build customized multi-channel proposals that match their budget and target audience. Close deals with confidence and follow through — ensuring clients are set up for success from day one. Manage and grow an existing book of accounts through proactive check-ins, performance reviews, and upsell opportunities across our expanding service lineup. Stay on top of your pipeline using CRM tools (Pipedrive), tracking activity, forecasting revenue, and continuously refining your approach based on data. What You Bring You're based in or have deep roots in Cincinnati, Louisville, or Lexington — local market knowledge and existing business relationships are a genuine advantage here. Media sales experience is a serious advantage. If you've sold for a TV station, radio group, newspaper, magazine, digital publisher, or outdoor company in one of these markets, you're already wired for this role — bring that Rolodex and hit the ground running. Experience selling to or working within the home improvement industry is a major plus — if you know how roofers, remodelers, and HVAC companies think about their marketing budgets, you'll have an immediate edge. Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
