Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves prospecting, meeting clients in person, understanding their branding needs, and delivering customized signage solutions. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, self-starter, and fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling them to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers Identify client needs and recommend appropriate signage and visual communication solutions Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate project execution Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Keep accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently Fluent in both English and Spanish Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in signage, printing, advertising, or related industries is a plus Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission Mileage reimbursement or car allowance Paid training and ongoing professional development Opportunity for advancement within a growing company What Success Looks Like Consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas Building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities Establishing long-term client relationships Becoming a trusted advisor for clients' branding and signage needs
