Essential Functions:
Own and lead the sales for this product line in the Americas regional territory
Manage, Coach, and lead a sales team comprised of direct and indirect sales
Build a strong customer relationship through high strategic engagement with business executive leadership
Building and executing orders and sales plans aligned to the business growth plan
Own and lead the formulation, accuracy, and execution of a monthly forecast of Orders and Sales based on direct customer insight
Market and regional presence, Preparing and conducting sales presentations that are region and business-specific to drive great business leadership visibility in the region and markets served
Lead and drive the development and sustainability of a healthy Pipeline fill and conversion in support of Business growth objectives, short and long-term
Developing strong individual working relationships with the specialized channel distributors and Representatives gain in-depth knowledge of customer needs.
Providing management with continuous market intelligence through visit reports, observations of customers needs and competitive activities
Closely interfacing with the business cross-function leadership team, including Finance, operations, product management, global supply chain, and customer service teams
Architect of the territory strategy and annual Business growth plan for the assigned region and supporting sales team.
Assign sales territories, set goals and quotas, and ensure proper training programs for the sales team
Qualifications:
4-year technical/business degree and minimum 5+ years' relevant experience in a high-level technology sales environment. Proven experience in driving growth through and with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Channel Partners, Legal, and other organizations within the business.
