Role:
  • As an Outside Sales Professional with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and closing new business opportunities with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other referral sources.
You will work closely with our care team to understand our services and develop tailored sales strategies to meet the needs of our clients. Your primary goal will be to promote our home care services and increase revenue growth for our organization.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other referral sources
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and referral
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our home care services
  • Identify and address the needs of our clients, providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and high-quality care for our clients
  • Participate in sales training and coaching to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
