WHAT YOU'LL DO

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Meet homeowners from company-provided leads Perform roof inspections and identify hail, wind, and storm damage Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process from start to finish Meet with insurance adjusters on behalf of homeowners at the property Sign contracts and follow through to project handoff Build referral relationships within your assigned territory ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Minimum 1 year of sales experience — ANY industry welcome (roofing, solar, home improvement, windows, pest control, auto, insurance, D2D) Self-motivated with a competitive, income-driven mindset Strong communicator — comfortable talking to homeowners face to face Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops (full training provided) Must be able to pass a background check Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus — not required ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
