  • + Generate new business opportunities throughout the Colorado Springs market through proactive prospecting and relationship building + Research and identify target accounts using LinkedIn, networking events, business organizations, market intelligence, and field prospecting + Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits + Build relationships with key decision-makers including business owners, CEOs, executives, facility directors, property managers, and operations leaders + Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to uncover customer needs and identify opportunities + Present service and maintenance solutions to commercial and industrial facilities + Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation through proposal development, negotiation, and close + Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve prospecting and revenue goals + Represent the company professionally within the local business community and industry events + Develop long-term client relationships that generate recurring revenue through annual and multi-year service agreements Qualifications•+ 2-7 years of B2B sales experience + Proven track record of success in new business development and prospecting + Experience selling services, solutions, or recurring agreements rather than purely transactional products + Comfortable making cold calls, conducting in-person prospecting, and creating opportunities from scratch + Experience managing longer consultative sales cycles from initial outreach through close + Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level decision-makers and business leaders + Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills + Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to exceed goals + Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through + Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Perks•+ Base salary of $65,000•70,000 + Uncapped commission + Year 1 OTE of $90,000•95,000+ + $100,000+ expected annual earnings after Year 1 + $140,000+ earning potential within a few years + Top performers earning $200,000+ annually + Monthly vehicle allowance + Relocation assistance available + Comprehensive benefits package + Established and respected industry leader + Extensive training and professional development + Clear career growth opportunities + Opportunity to build and own your territory + Sell a highly valued service with recurring revenue potential + Strong company culture focused on teamwork, growth, and long-term success Schedule In-office and field-based role (not remote) A bit about us:•We are a leading provider of commercial HVAC, mechanical, building automation, and facility services throughout Colorado.
