We service select cities around the nation that have experienced large and catastrophic hail storms. We service communities affected by large hail storms and repair hail-damaged vehicles in conjunction with the world's largest insurance providers. Job Description Our Sales Representatives will train alongside a veteran rep to learn the process of identifying vehicles with hail damage, learn to build trust and rapport quickly with vehicle owners to solidify the sale, set appointments for hail repair estimates, develop community awareness and company reputation, and utilize effective direct marketing and direct sales skills to generate leads. You're responsible to speak to vehicle owners who have hail damage and offer them a Free Hail Estimate & Repair.

Responsibilities:

Providing meaningful interactions with leads and providing simple information regarding fixing a customers hail damage Continually keeping a pipeline of new customers via conversations in neighborhoods (door to door) or parking lots or body shops
