Professional attitude and appearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills Strong problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Reliable transportation for property visits and neighborhood prospecting Fast, reliable computer, high-speed internet, and camera required A California real estate license is helpful, but not required. Compensation $85,000
