Job Description

Position Summary This is a true business development role focused on identifying, prospecting, and closing new accounts. The ideal candidate thrives on creating opportunities, opening doors, and building long-term customer relationships. We are seeking someone with industrial distribution, manufacturing, MRO, construction supply, or related industry experience who understands how to sell value and develop a book of business from the ground up. Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits Develop and execute a territory growth plan Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities Present Liberty Supply's products and services to prospective customers Identify opportunities for fasteners, safety products, packaging supplies, abrasives, shop supplies, and inventory management programs Conduct facility walkthroughs and customer needs assessments Prepare quotes and follow up to secure business Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service Meet and exceed monthly sales and prospecting goals Maintain CRM activity and sales reporting Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred Industrial, MRO, manufacturing, construction supply, fastener, safety, packaging, or related industry experience strongly preferred Proven ability to generate new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits $50,000 annual base salary Uncapped commission program Competitive vehicle allowance package Company-paid fuel Monthly cell phone reimbursement Company laptop/computer provided Paid training and ongoing support Opportunity for career growth with a rapidly expanding company Ideal Candidate You are someone who enjoys the challenge of opening new accounts, building relationships, and winning business.
