PVF Wolf LLC is a well-established distributor of industrial Pipe, Valves, and Fittings (PVF) seeking a driven, experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow our business. This role involves building high-value relationships with potential clients involving EPC, Fabrication, and Midstream companies. We are looking for a proactive sales professional who thrives in the field, understands PVF technical applications, and is dedicated to driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Management:
Develop and implement a territory sales plan to drive profitable revenue growth.
Relationship Building:
Make regular, in-person sales calls to new and existing customers to assess needs, recommend solutions, and strengthen partnerships.
Sales Execution:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through order fulfillment, including conducting product presentations and site visits.
Technical Support:
Work with Project Managers, Engineers, and Purchasing Teams to troubleshoot applications and recommend appropriate PVF products (valves, pipes, flanges, gaskets, fasteners).
Collaboration:
Coordinate with inside sales and inventory teams to ensure exceptional service and on-time delivery.
Market Intel:
Monitor local competition, new product trends, and market conditions to position our brand competitively.
Entertaining key accounts:
lunches, dinners, golf, networking functions, etc.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Proven experience selling PVF products (pipe, valves, fittings) or related piping components is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Strong consultative sales skills, negotiation capabilities, and the ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders.
Technical Aptitude:
Familiarity with piping systems, material specifications (carbon steel, stainless, etc.), and industrial applications.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
