Business Development Representative (Bilingual - Spanish/English) Miami & Fort Lauderdale Territory | Full-Time $85,000 - $135,000+ OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Base Salary:
$50,000 This role is built for closers. If you're someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business — you'll feel right at home here. Stirling Food Systems is expanding in South Florida and is hiring a Business Development Representative to grow our bulk food-grade cooking oil sales and establish new used cooking oil (UCO) collection accounts throughout Miami and Fort Lauderdale . This is a pure new-business sales role . You'll be in the field every day meeting with restaurant owners, food manufacturers, and decision-makers — educating them, negotiating pricing, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. What You'll Be Doing Own and grow the Miami & Fort Lauderdale territory Prospect and develop new bulk food-grade cooking oil customers Set up new used cooking oil (UCO) collection accounts Conduct daily cold outreach ( minimum 20 quality cold calls/day ) Meet face-to-face with decision-makers and close new business Build strong, long-term customer relationships Manage leads, pipeline, and activity in CRM tools Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts Represent Stirling professionally — you are the face of the company in the market Who Thrives in This Role You'll do well here if you are: Confident, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations Competitive and motivated by performance-based earnings Persuasive without being pushy Fast-moving, adaptable, and able to think on your feet Self-directed and comfortable working independently Resilient — rejection doesn't slow you down Gritty, resourceful, and humble Required Qualifications Fluent in Spanish & English (REQUIRED) 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience , focused on new account generation Proven success prospecting and closing new business Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Experience selling to restaurants, food manufacturers, or distributors preferred Valid driver's license Comfortable working fully in-person in the Miami / Ft Lauderdale area Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $50,000
On-Target Earnings:
