Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a professional Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Fletcher, NC . This is a full time, permanent/Direct Hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of outside sales experience.

Job Description:

Prospect and develop new B2B business by targeting commercial building owners and property managers within an assigned territory Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach and needs analysis through proposal, negotiation, and close Sell bundled facility management solutions, including janitorial and ancillary services, as a consultative solutions-based offering Transition newly won accounts to the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff, then immediately pursue new opportunities Spend approximately 50% of time building pipeline and conducting outreach in the office and 50% in the field meeting decision-makers Own and manage territory strategy, schedule, and daily activity to maximize new client acquisition and revenue growth

Qualifications:

High School Diploma 5+ years in a Outside Sales role "Hunter" mentality Positive, team player attitude

Hours:

Monday to Friday Flexibility on hours based on appointments scheduled - manage your own schedule 40 hours per week

Compensation &Benefits:
