Outside Sales Representative US Stone Group Westminster, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $50,000 - $120,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Upselling Outside sales Field sales Customer site (as sales environment) Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description Outside Sales Representative (Commission Only) This job is 100% commission-based with potential for high-earnings for sales representatives with experience and contacts within the stone slab field. Job Summary We are seeking highly driven, experienced Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this commission-only role, you will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on competition and desires uncapped income potential. Our ideal accounts are medium to larger fabrication shops, distributors, and contractors ready to buy stone slabs for specific jobs 1-2 at a time, bundles of 10-20 slabs to augment their inventory, or containers of 70 slabs or more to fill out their showroom.
Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Networking:
Actively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Customer Meetings:
Travel to customer locations to present products, pricing, and address inquiries.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits Commission Structure:
This is a commission-only role. Earn 10% commission on net sales revenue, paid monthly.
Uncapped Earning Potential:
Your income is a direct reflection of your performance.
Performance Bonuses:
Additional bonuses available for exceeding targets.
Flexibility:
Set your own schedule and manage your territory independently. Qualifications Preferred 1 year of outside sales experience. Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Independent Contractor Status Note:
This position is typically classified as an independent contractor (1099), not a direct employee. Representatives are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
