Role Description This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative in Tulsa, OKC and Springdale, AR. The role involves conducting sales presentations at customer's homes and businesses, developing new business opportunities with company provided and self-sourced lead generation, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include identifying client needs, crafting tailored solutions, trade shows and community events and effectively communicating product benefits to drive sales.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Run appointments with customers at their homes or business Visit customer locations, analyze needs, and build detailed proposals Negotiate and close sales Process orders and turn in complete documentation to office staff Spend time managing displays at big box stores and taking leads Follow up on older leads within the company CRM Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule Report to the office and make outbound calls to set appointments
Requirements:
Must live within 30 minutes of a showroom location Highly motivated and target-driven; strong people skills Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills Willingness to receive feedback and grow Open to being a road warrior Tech-savvy with various software and Apple/IOS products (iPhones & iPads) Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and pass a background check
