With an expanding breadth of services we provide, we can keep you earning all year. Our holiday lights service has become a favorite, with 80% of our business coming from our client database. Our marketing department produces the leads. We feed the lions. Close your leads and you get more. • we arrange the appointments, you present the value proposition to our clients and prospective clients and close sales. Neccesary tools provided, like a professional presentation on Ipad using Home Services pricing tool. Estimates and closed work orders are submitted to the office electronically to minimize your need to be in the office. Appointments are set from 9 AM
• 6 PM Monday thru Thursday, 9 AM
• 3 PM Friday, and Saturday 9 AM
• 12 noon.

Saturdays are flexible after the busy Spring season. We work all 12 months of the year, producing opportunities for you to earn. Our top performers earn over $100,000 with some achieving $200,000 annually. Car allowance, tablet, uniform shirts and other essential resources provided. Monthly sales incentives add to your earning potential. Achieve great numbers and a company car with fuel card is provided as well. Company favorite events are our annual Chesapeake Bay fishing trip in July and crab feast in the Fall . Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their home exterior cleaning needs. Conduct estimate appointment presentations and follow up on opportunities to generate new business. Present and demonstrate cleaning services to potential customers, highlighting benefits and value. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. Collaborate with the management team to strategize on business development initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
