Field Account Executive - Anchorage, AK Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Mileage reimbursement! Job Description This is a great opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will work alongside a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the business, guide the business through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. This role requires travel (up to two hours driving distance) and offers the opportunity to earn commission. Responsibilities Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to one hour driving distance). Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply. Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, lead activity, and manage pipeline in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community (e.g., lunch and learns, town hall meetings). Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import Excel spreadsheets and enter activity into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience. Experience in outside/field sales. CRM experience required, with Salesforce preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and a high sense of urgency. Attention to detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field. Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology. Ability to travel up to two hours round trip distance daily. Additional Skills & Qualifications Field sales experience is a plus. Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus. Work Environment The role supports the Anchorage market and involves being in the field 3-5 days a week. Benefits include uncapped commission, mileage reimbursement at 0.725 cents per mile, and a $50/month phone expense. You will have the chance to build community partnerships with small businesses. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Anchorage, AK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
