Flexible | Full-Time Preferred About Southeast Tents Southeast Tents is a growing event rental and tent company serving Northwest Florida and beyond. We provide high-quality tent structures and event solutions for weddings, festivals, corporate events, private gatherings, and large-scale productions. We are focused on building strong relationships while actively pursuing new opportunities and expanding our footprint throughout the region. We are looking for a motivated hunter-style sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing new business. Position Overview This is not an account management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys the chase. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with venues, planners, corporate clients, municipalities, event organizers, and strategic partners, and help grow Southeast Tents into new markets. You will spend much of your time in the field meeting people, networking, prospecting, and generating business. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, corporate event organizers, municipalities, festivals, and event producers Visit potential clients and strategic partners in person Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry events Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into booked events Track activity and sales opportunities through CRM systems Collaborate with operations and leadership teams on customer needs Identify new market opportunities and partnerships Qualifications Strong self-motivation and competitive mindset Sales experience required Event industry experience required Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person outreach Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Reliable transportation Strong organizational skills and follow-through Compensation This is a commission-based opportunity designed for high performers.
